Beading Ideas - 5 Amusing Christmas Designs: Simple, Nice Looking And Attractive
Christmas is the season of pleasure, and if you are a fan of beading and bead craft, then you can use your passion for the hobby to fuel a whole new look for your house this holiday season with a collection of free beading ideas! If you are looking for fun Christmas beading ideas to add to the festive look to your home this December 25, then keep reading and we'll outline 5 Christmas projects you can try!
1 - Candy Canes - Simple and appealing as beading ideas go, you don't need much in the way of supplies to make these, and the designs are kid-friendly to boot! The excellent news is that with even a modest stock of supplies, you have probably got everything you need to make several of these with supplies on hand, and they make magnificent decorations for your Christmas tree!
2 - Christmas Trees - tinny miniature trees can be made quickly and easily, with or without "decorations" (you could use multi-colored glass beads sewn around the tree design in different places for a lovely effect!). Another kid-friendly design that comes together fairly quickly!
3 - Wreaths - Similar to the tree design, above, but a little more complicated, and as such, perhaps not as "kid friendly" (because they take slightly more time to execute and see the results of your efforts, smaller children might get frustrated before they're finished). Still, it's a fantastic little project that looks attractive when finished! Buy several shades of green seed beads to create shadow and texture in your items, and highlight with red bits of holly.
4 - Angels - A moderately more tricky piece (and again, something that younger children may not have the patience for), the easiest patterns to work with display angels in profile. Purchase different shades of white, silver, and gray to make a dimensional effect in your pieces. These look wonderful on the tree!
5 - Snowflakes - Of all the beading ideas mentioned here, the snowflake pattern is the hardest one to get right. This is absolutely not a pattern that young children could help with, as these can get quite complex. They make among the most attractive and striking decorations on the tree, but, and if you've got the skill level and patience for it, you will be well rewarded for your efforts! Executing one pattern well is (or can be) a somewhat daunting job, but if you are feeling especially adventurous, you could try making each snowflake on your tree unique! It is a tall order, but can surely be done, just be prepared to dedicate quite a lot of time to the task!
As you can see from just the five beading ideas above, there're all kinds of fun holiday beading tasks you can sink your teeth into, and this list just barely scratches the surface!

A Few Simple But Wonderful Beading Projects For You To Tackle
We are all most accustomed to seeing beading projects as jewelry related. Mostly we see it as necklaces, bracelets, or earrings. You can also find rings made out of beads. That is all well and good. As a matter of fact that is what I do with the beads I have.
